Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GT-Solutions platform, website (gt-solutions.tech), proxy infrastructure services, dashboard, APIs, or any related tools (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

GT-Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

GT-Solutions provides network infrastructure tools, secure data routing services, and developer-focused connectivity solutions. Our platform offers access to residential, ISP, and dedicated proxy services (“Proxy Services”) along with related bandwidth allocation, session management, and usage analytics through a self-service dashboard.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are required to create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

GT-Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any behavior that may harm the platform, its users, or third-party infrastructure.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.
  • Unauthorized access to third-party systems, networks, or data.
  • Scraping or data collection in violation of applicable laws, target website terms of service, or regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and CFAA).
  • Sending unsolicited communications (spam), conducting DDoS attacks, or any form of network abuse.
  • Credential stuffing, account takeover, ticket scalping, or sneaker botting that violates retailer terms.
  • Distributing, sublicensing, or reselling access to the Service without written authorization from GT-Solutions.
  • Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or access controls imposed by the Service.
  • Any activity that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others.

GT-Solutions monitors usage patterns and reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without prior notice or refund.

6. Payment Terms

All purchases are processed through our payment processor (Stripe). By making a purchase, you authorize GT-Solutions to charge the specified amount to your payment method.

  • Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • All bandwidth and IP allocations are delivered electronically upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Usage-based products (residential bandwidth) are consumed as used and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • IP-based products (ISP, dedicated proxies) are allocated to your account and are subject to availability.

7. Auto-Renewal & Subscriptions

Certain products or plans may be subject to automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle. By purchasing an auto-renewing product, you authorize GT-Solutions to charge your payment method on file at the then-current rate unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period after renewal has been processed.

8. Refund Policy & No Chargeback Agreement

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital proxy infrastructure services, GT-Solutions does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and bandwidth or IP addresses have been provisioned to your account.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Residential bandwidth (GB) purchases — consumed or unconsumed.
  • ISP and dedicated proxy allocations.
  • Auto-renewed subscriptions that were not cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Unused portions of any purchased allocation.

No Chargeback Agreement: By completing any purchase on GT-Solutions, you explicitly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Prior to each purchase, you are required to acknowledge this agreement via a mandatory confirmation checkbox.

All purchases are authenticated — you must be logged into your account (via credentials, Discord, or Google OAuth) to make a purchase. This authentication confirms your identity and the voluntary nature of every transaction. Claims of “unauthorized transaction” or “fraud” are invalid when the account holder authenticated and explicitly agreed to the purchase terms.

You must contact support@gt-solutions.tech before taking any action with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first seeking resolution through GT-Solutions will result in immediate account termination, revocation of all services, and GT-Solutions reserves the right to contest the dispute and pursue recovery of all amounts plus fees.

9. Service Availability & SLA

GT-Solutions strives to provide 99.9% uptime for its proxy network and dashboard services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider issues, and force majeure events may temporarily impact service availability.

GT-Solutions is not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or business disruptions resulting from temporary service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, code, documentation, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of GT-Solutions and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose only.

11. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Connection logs may be retained for abuse prevention and legal compliance purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GT-SOLUTIONS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

GT-SOLUTIONS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GT-SOLUTIONS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GT-Solutions, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

GT-Solutions may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to payment, refunds, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to any refund for unused services or bandwidth.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
